Returns & Others Store Policies

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING RELATED INQUIRIES:

Processing:

All orders may take 1-3 business days for processing before being shipped.

Shipping/Delivery:

Disclaimer: Noted Society is not liable if the carrier experiences delay. E.g. Royal Mail delivery delay due to cyber attack.

Delivery timeframe: All orders are shipped standard unless express options are chosen by customer. 

Order Modifications, Address Changes & Cancellations: Our warehouse works quickly to make sure your order is fulfilled. Once an order has been generated and locked in our system we will not be able to cancel, refund or change that shipment's date.

Note: Subscription refill shipment cancellation requests must be made within 3 business days prior to your next bill cycle. 

Order Not Received/Missing Package: If your delivery status shows as delivered but you have not yet received the package, we suggest that you contact NotedSociety@gmail.com for further assistance. Please keep in mind that you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

Refused/Unclaimed Packages: Any refused or unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse. If a customer requests reshipment of a package due to it being returned to our warehouse, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for reshipment of the item.

Missing Items: If your order is missing an item, please contact NotedSociety@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery.

International Shipping: Noted Society currently delivers to the UK and EU countries. International Customers e.g. US, can opt-in for a notification when world wide delivery is available. 

 

RETURNS/ REFUNDS/CANCELLATION:

Refunds/Returns: If a product is unopened, it can be returned within 30 days for a credit or refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to NotedSociety@gmail.com

Order Cancellations:

Our warehouse works quickly and begins the fulfillment process as soon as you place your order. Once an order has been generated and shipped we will not be able to cancel, refund or modify the order.

In the event you placed your order in error, please reach out to NotedSociety@gmail.com immediately.

SUBSCRIPTION:

Subscription: By subscribing to our products you automatically agree that your subscription will have a recurring monthly charge (every 30 days or at the interval you have selected) and authorize Noted Society to charge your payment provider at the beginning of your subscription period. 

Subscription Cancellation: It is the customers' responsibility to cancel their subscription a minimum of 3 business days prior to their next recurring charge. You may access your account or check out our FAQs to follow the instructions to cancel your subscription. If you encounter an issue or need assistance please reach out to NotedSociety@gmail.com.

If you cancel after a recurring change has occurred, please note that we are unable to cancel or issue a refund any outstanding purchases with your subscription.
