All notepads are A4, 50 sheets, and 90gsm thick. They are also fountain pen friendly.

All my notepads are double sided too! Not many custom notepad businesses do this!

Yes and No! Please remember that as a newly started small business, shipping rates are higher than usual as I am sending from the UK and rely on Royal Mail rates. However, providing affordable shipping is my no.1 priority when growing my businesses in the future.

As a UK small business, I rely on Royal Mail rates to send US orders. The most cost effective amount of notepads to order would be any amount between 3 to 5 notepads in contrast to ordering 1 to 2 notepads. This is because Royal Mail shipping rates are the same for 3 to 5 items, and so bulk buying notepads means you won't have to keep paying extra for shipping each time you order :)

If you’d like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, send us an email at notedsociety@gmail.com as soon as you can! We’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships out.

Please ensure you do this within the first 45 minutes of placing the order as anytime longer than this would mean your order is too far gone to amend.

Orders where an incorrect address was supplied will have their notepads refunded, however shipping cannot be refunded as it cannot be reclaimed by my small business

It depends on where you are! We dispatch your notepad from the UK.

UK orders take between 2 - 4 working days.

International orders can take between 3 - 17 working days.

Yes, I have copyright design claim on all notepad designs in the UK, EU and US. Any form of copyright infringement is not tolerated and I will ensure that my brand is protected.
